Founded in 1991, First Financial Equities didn't start out to be another ‘business as usual' mortgage company. CEO David Sadek had fresh ideas on how the whole mortgage process could be improved upon. Under the theme ‘Get It Right The First Time,' David led the trend towards personal service, financial options and wholesale rates for residential, commercial and banking customers alike. Today, the phenomenal growth of the company is a testament to how correct his understanding of the market really was. We have funded well over $6 billion in residential loans. First Financial is not only a mortgage banker, having the ability to fund your loan, we also broker to major lenders thus assuring that we find you the best rate for your particular loan scenario. We are a completely unique mortgage company. For instance, we do not take any upfront application fee. We only earn our fee when your loan closes. In fact, if your loan doesn’t close, we not only don’t make anything, we lose since we pay upfront for all the costs. Thus you can be assured that we try our best not to waste your time or your money on taking an application which will not be approved. The only fee charged upfront is the appraisal fee which is paid directly to the appraiser. Furthermore, if we believe there is an issue with the home’s value, we will order a free estimate before proceeding with your loan. This way you don’t spend an appraisal fee for no reason. We are very sensitive to your needs. Join the thousands of satisfied customers who have entrusted First Financial Equities, Inc. with their financing needs.
