Lisa joined LendingTree in 2021 to serve in the role of General Counsel. She oversees the company’s legal and compliance teams and advises leadership on legal, regulatory and compliance matters which affect LendingTree’s business.

With over 25 years of experience in legal affairs, Lisa has spent most of her career in the Financial Services industry strategically advising companies on growth initiatives, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation and corporate transactions. Lisa is a member of the Board of Advisors of New Era ADR and has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago since 2013.
