Did not honor the rate listed in Lending Tree
saying that "somehow" the age of the car was a year older than what showed in their system.
Every other company got the age of the vehicle right except for this company. I think is a tactic to get you to call them as they show the lowest APR.

Multiple signings due to messed up paperwork. Been over 30 days and still no registration packet. Was told it takes 90 days for registration paperwork to be sent out. What a joke of a company.

Verify All Fees, Information and Additions before accepting
Auto Approve is not a len*****.they do the work to find you a lender and then charge a fee. We started the process and all seemed fine until they stated the loan was three months longer than I expected. The payment they gave me was almost exactly what I had figured, so it didn’t make sense when he stated it was three months longer. The agent focused on our payment amount, until I asked more questions. That’s when we learned about the additional fees. They added, without asking, gap insurance coverage to the loan. We were refinancing and have plenty of equity built up. We don’t need gap insurance. The agent then tried to sell us on the gap insurance by misrepresenting how vehicle values are determined for total loss vehicles through insurance. Wow. There went their integrity just to make a sale. He then provided us a breakdown and explained the company’s fee. Once we learned of the fee, they’re not an actual lender, and the agent made misrepresentations, we stopped the process.
