Great experience overall. Jake Minks made the whole process very easy and was also very responsive, and provided detailed explanations to all my questions. We mainly communicated over text which was super helpful and convenient during my work day. Jake was able to find me a good rate to refinance my car loan and the whole process was taken care of within about week. I would definitely recommend auto approve to anyone that wants to refinance, and after all, it doesn't hurt to see what they offer even if you decide to not go through with it.
