800 credit score, $200k /year, $90k in the bank, no debt other than student loan and mortgage and I'm offered 8.8%. I got better rates when my income was less and my credit was average.
With 4 years of on time payments, i figured they would give some relieve during these times(covid19) of unemployment but nope. I called , spoke with a customer service rep that said I signed the contract that said my apr was set for the length of the term and there is nothing he could do for me. Disgusted. Definitely would not recommend to anyone.

I reset my due date for my auto loan but that does not update my pay date. There is no good reason why any person would want to update their due date and not update their payment date.
Payment still went through on old date even though every indication to me was that my due date AND payment date were changed. There is no need to be so convoluted unless you're TRYING to screw people over.
I still had the money to pay but now I don't have what I need for the rest of the month. AWFUL. USER. EXPERIENCE.
