It's okay company
The entire process was quick and easy but they dont make good decisions on aquirying new customers. So in my opinion they aren't really smart.

Misleading Mark
Had to pick from a list of dealers Capital One do business with, in order to find a vehicle. Found a vehicle that I liked on their Capital One Navigator website with an asking price between 16,000-18,000, with an estimated payment & discounts. Once I arrived at the dealership, I was told thatt the pricing that Capital One offered on it’s website Auto Navigator was misleading and was not the actual cost of the vehicle, therefore I didn’t purchase the vehicle for the price advertised on the Capital One Auto Navigator website. Bought for about 3,000 more. Dissatisfied with the misleading information obtained on the Capital One website. Would have preferred Capital One just issuing me a check to find my own vehicle, instead of limiting me to a select dealers.

Sad lady here.
I arrived with financing approved for a $35,000 loan and I was rushed and not told the truth and after the cooling off period was when I was offered the chance to sign the loan and with a different loan company. I was expecting my loan to be processed with Capital One and my down payment was to be cashed on the 1st it was presented to my bank on the 29th and I was told the problem with the blue tooth not being in the car would be fixed ad instead I was offered gas in exchange for the cost of making it functional and the last was I was offered I buy the part they provide the labor. All in all every promise broken and after talking with the general manager he stated that he did understand any of what I was saying and said they would make the Bluetooth functional. I will not buy another car from this dealership.
