Poor Follow-up and Disjointed
I ended up having to work with 4 different people to get a refi. The process took weeks longer than I was told. I had to keep uploading my current paystubs because the process took so long. The first guy I was working with didn’t return any emails for 10 days then I was forced to reached out to the customer service email to try and find out what happened. I have perfect credit, new truck and plenty of income. This had nothing to do with me, this was 100% on them. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my friends.
