This has got to be the easiest way to buy a car! Everything went so smoothly and without a hitch. Our car was delivered just as promised. It is beautiful and we love it.

Everything that could go wrong has

First car I picked, arrived with a ton of damage not describe in the ad so I sent it back. 2nd car ordered, delayed for 2 weeks because of a dead battery. Car finally arrives, with mechanical issues. Have an appointment set with the dealer Tuesday, they've agreed to make an exception for as the parts needed aren't available through their third party people. After my first scheduled appointment at pep boys was blown off, after waiting a week because they didn't even do the repairs smh. It's been an experience.

Third Time Was Not A Charm.

The internet was the easy part, it was when humans joined in when everything got screwed up. Purchased the car and was told I would get it on a certain date, was rescheduled the evening before expected delivery. Then was told to expect car two days later, was rescheduled the evening before expected delivery. Then was told they lost the keys and it would be a few days before another delivery date was scheduled. I informed them I had to work and had car delivered to my work place. Delivery Guy claims he had sit in the parking lot of my work for an hour less than 500 ft from the front door but never came in. I watched the app that told me I would be able to track delivery but was told later that part of the app hasn't worked for a couple months. I had to take off work and take a $40 Uber ride to get my car. The snarky guy at the Carvana office was the icing on the cake for me. I will advise anyone to avoid these guys at all cost. Not at all happy with the service, the car seems to be okay.
