Seamless Buying Experience
Because we can't have people over ... or babysitters, it was quite difficult to plan out childcare to replace my wife's lease. Just the thought of finding a day to drive and negotiate for a vehicle with a hard time limit was difficult. So Carvana had good rates, the best selection, and competitive prices. We purchased an Atlas and a week later it was in our driveway. Nigel unhooked it while I was signing the paperwork.
And now we have a car, at a good price, with a decent rate, and I never had to find a sitter or spend hours signing paperwork.

1st, they delivered the wrong car. I had to take off work again 3 days later to get the car. 2nd when I did receive the car, there were warning lights on and the car was dirty. I had to spend hours cleaning it before I gave it to my wife.

Carvana is an awesome company; there is no doubt in my mind about it.
They do what they say. We returned the first car we ordered the day it arrived (we didn't accept it (more below)) and they took it back and rolled-back my auto loan with Bank of America like clockwork. In addition, the second car I ordered had a mechanical failure and the warranty I purchased covered it without any hassles: I brought the newly delivered car to my mechanic, he identified the cause of the failure, I called it in, they spoke with him and "Voila!" The repair was covered and done the next day!
Carvana has a huge selection from which to choose and the information is - normally - accurate.
If someone who purchased a vehicle from Carvana refers you to them, you get $500.00 off your purchase.
The first car delivered to us however was mislabeled: it turned out to be a Hyundai Sante Fe *SE Ultimate*, not a Hyundai Sante Fe *Limited Ultimate.* But the pictures were of a Limited Ultimate on their website too. The GOOD NEWS: I called afterwards to express my disappointment and Carvana gave me $500.00 off of a future purchase on top of the $500.00 off for the referral. And indeed, I got $1000.00 off of the second car I purchased and kept. You can catch this type of mismatch and avoid it by looking at the Original Window Sticker which is available for many cars.
Carvana offers financing with Gap insurance too.
Carvana offers extended warranties. In my case, the website was not showing me a warranty past one year on the second car. I called and spoke with a Carvana representative and he was able to find a 5 year Warranty good up to an odometer reading of 125,000 miles for me. As I said above, the Warranty delivers what they say it does and my experience was hassle free.
Overall I am thrilled with my new car, its Carvana Warranty and Carvana's service.
