Worst experience I'v ever had.
Would not honor purchase agreement, kept asking for more money down low trade in offer, wanting me to upload same documents several times still have not got my car yet and it's been over 2 weeks can't get anyone to take my calls can't get anyone to return my calls. At first with my trade in there was $0 money down, then it changed to $5000 Then $7000 now it's $6000 ??? Sign contracts after contracts finally had to contact Attorney Generals office. Only gave one star because I had too. If this is how every car buying experience goes I will get a horse.
Multiple reschedule of delivery
Rescheduled my delivery 4 times. I had to constantly change my schedule around them to get the car. When they actually did deliver they were an hour and a half late. Then Car arrived with a cracked windshield.

Good car, horrible experience.
We decided to go with Carvana after not able to find the car we prefer around our nearby dealerships. We received calls from them after business hours for paperwork to be done by our credit union and they had poor follow up with organization and keeping track of our purchase. The day we went in to finance the car at our credit union, they removed the car from our listing and gave it to someone else! So I had to call and rectify that. Half an hour later, another rep called and asked if we were willing to look at another because when it was taken off of our account, another person was trying to purchase it. Mind you, he knew we had submitted everything, transferred the registration, and signing the financing paperwork while we were on the phone! The day the car was supposed to be shipped, I called after a 15 min delay only to find out that they didn't register my car in time so the temporary registration expired and didn't notify me so I can send them an updated one, that took 2 minutes. Had I not called, they wouldn't had told me. The car is fine, we would not go with Carvana the next time though.
