Well the word in my review says it all. This WILL be the new way to buy cars. Other than the higher than normal price for the vehicle (made up for by the convenience), it was a cool experience. Got the exact car I wanted. Car showed up early and had a couple issues not seen on the site but you fill out a warranty claim immediately with the individual who brought the car. I have 0 complaints!!!!! Well done Carvana Well done!!!!!
Now, THAT is the way to buy a car in 2021!
From start to finish, the whole process was so easy and hassle free. And most of all, it was quite fun! YES! I said it! Car buying experience that is actually "FUN"!
Just make sure that your insurance have your name on it, mine only had my wife's name on it although I'm authorized driver since it wasn't shown on the card. Delivery process took a lot longer than it supposed to. But that's not Carvana's fault so I'm still giving this experience 5 star!

Best car shopping experience to date!
Nothing I hate more than shopping for a car at a dealership and having the process drag on for entirely too long. Never again after shopping with Carvana. The first car I ordered I had some second thoughts about after reading some negative reports on the reliability. I hit cancel before the car was delivered and was never questioned or pressured on my reasoning.
I then purchased another vehicle which checked all my boxes and it was delivered. When the car was unloaded I noticed a dent in the rear passenger side of the car that was not called out in the "hot spots". The associate said, "We offer insurance for this and can have this repaired." Hence, I filed a claim and the dent was fixed by the insurance company (paintless correction) like it never happened. I'm pretty happy with the experience and Carvana's commitment to customer satisfaction.
