Fantastic experience

Just as a lark I decided to take a look and Carvana had several of the models I was interested in. A few minutes later I was approved for a loan. Once I selected my vehicle I was instructed to switch to the mobile app to upload my documents and after about 45 minutes from start to finish I purchased the vehicle I was looking for. With a delivery date 4 days later. I never had to speak to another human, there was no “lemme go talk to the boss and see if I can make these numbers work” or “another couple was just test driving that same car today, they said they would be back to buy it”. I especially loved the slider for amount down verses interest rate verses monthly payment. On delivery day the driver came on time, explained the transfer process and was super helpful. I never want to buy a car the old way again.

I liked it.

I hate car shopping. I don’t like being pressured or haggling over prices. I kept seeing Carvana cars going down highway. So I took a look. For almost a month I would start to order a car, then cancel it. Nervous about what I would end up with and what was behind the 7 day trial period. I finally bit the big one and ordered my Enclave. Everything was just as it was spelled out. Financing terms, delivery, down payment( not pulled out of bank Until I told the delivery guy I was going to keep it for the 7 days) and seven days of driving back and forth to work. I had paperwork in the glovebox showing everything that was checked by the mechanics. Every time I called the phone was immediately answered by friendly helpful people on the other end. On the sixth day I received a text giving me a heads up my time was running out. I kept my car! The reason I only gave 4 stars had to do with the cleanliness of the interior. It was never cleaned. Empty soda cans, plastic silverware and stains on seats ( that weren’t shown in detail pictures ). Luckily when I detailed it,everything came clean and it looks like a brand new car. I just feel it should be cleaned before being dropped off. Also, the floor mats were missing but the delivery guy ordered me new ones. It just take about 10 days to get them. All in all I would do it all over again.
