8 months after RV closing and still no registration, license plate or title. 300K unusable RV
If I could rate them a zero, I would. Purchase was completed and sellers loan was paid off Nov 4th of 2020. As of July 10th, 2021 I have no registration and obviously no license plate and no knowledge of title. More than 8 months has passed and I cannot use the $300,000.00 asset they have financed (maybe). I think they're doing something illegal with the tax money but I can't prove it. I did receive a "no tax due" statement from the Nevada Department of Taxation after two months of trying and finally an in person appointment, but I'm still not sure what that means.
These still want (and get) their money from me every month. I paid them to handle the title and registration and they have done nothing which has been confirmed by supervisors at the Nevada DMV in person. They have outright lied to me on multiple occasions. The initial experience was good and the purchase went well. I have enough to pay cash, but with money so cheap, why not. 40-50 phone calls to their "Customer Service" department, some with one hour hold times, multiple emails to multiple "departments". They will no longer respond to me. Even though I filed the required NV Original VIN inspection Certificate signed by the Nevada Highway Patrol, they demanded a separate VIN form that was obviously typed up by a rogue employee that I pissed off. This was a purchase from a confirmed private seller in another state. They have cut off all communication with me now and it looks like my only avenue is a lawsuit. I've spoken to my lawyers and I'm working on it now. I have no choice.
I have filed formal complaints with the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles, but that's going to take time.

ThIs company ran our credit, denied us, and didn’t answer or return my calls or emails. High income and 846 credit score. The lack of service was surprising but glad we didn’t get deeper into it with this company for RV purchase.
No follow up zero communication Typical . 1 week later no return calls or emails
Another company that will begging for business when the boat/RV market crazy is over. Watch and see then they will start to care about their horrible customer experiences. Warning my fellow boaters and RV's to stay away . For the record I have 780 credit score and easily approved else where
