Fast and Easy Auto Refi

I worked with Ryan Jackman. He was great to work with and very professional. The whole process was pretty easy and I really think that Ryan was able to get me the best rate possible even though it was a little higher than I had wanted. The application process was fast and easy the only real think I had to do was scan and email some docs, and then print and sign the paperwork and send ti back using the UPS pre-paid stamp. Overall I was very pleased and very happy, would recommend to anyone.

Super Easy Car Loan

I would highly recommend Fleet Financial and Eric Kopel. Eric worked with me and answered every question I had, He was very responsive when I sent emails and he also found me the best loan available. I would highly recommend.

Great loan

Eric Kopel reached out to me and made the process incredibly easy from a-z. Didn't know much about the process and he took the time to explain everything to me, in addition to providing me an excellent rate.

Dissatified

I used Lending Tree to search for online loans in order to attain the best terms and rates available. I spoke with a representative that seemed very friendly. He explained that my approval would takes less than an hour and he would call back with terms.

I didn't hear anything so assuming the best I called the next day to follow-up. He apologized and stated he would call right back and reassured me there weren't any issues. HE NEVER CALLED BACK!?!

Although I was shopping around and was approved through two other sources including my bank I still wanted to get a quote from Fleet.

Anyways, ended up very disappointed in the customer service or lack thereof.

Seemed nice, but no follow through....

Eric is Awesome

I received approval from three different lenders one almost doubled my payment and the other was for $1,000 more than Fleet with their fees. Did not even bother asking why. Eric is the best, he walked me through everything and explained the fees upfront - he explained gap insurance but did not pressure me into taking it. I definitely would work with Eric and Fleet again. Five stars are just not enough for the great customer service and knowledge and he worked fast to get my note paid off before my next car payment was due. Thanks Eric !!!

Auto Refinance

I had to call for a rate. it was not shown on lending tree like the other companys. when i did call i decided to go with this company. filled out all the paper work and then never got the final documents. after a week i called to find out the status of my loan. only to find out the gentleman i was working was on vacation. and the paper work i had turned in had to be redone. i decided to go with another company because the new individual i was working with seemed preoccupied.

Working with Ryan from from Fleet Financial was great. He maintained regular contact with us without ever seeming overbearing or aggressive.
