I really appreciated the way the process works. Scott was patient and kind considering the bombardment of phone calls you get right after hitting the submit button. He texted me and allowed me to have some time to look over things. Lending Arts approves you before they even give you quotes so you know the quotes are truly what they are. Not pre-qualified that would change after submitting your application. He answered my many questions and gave me great information when I had unique problems to the application process. Got everything done within 2 days and my work is done (besides making my newly structured payments). Best experience I could have asked for given the stressful situation I was in.
