At first, everything was going great, I was going to save almost $100/month, and skip a car payment. The numbers on the contract didn’t look right. I called my finance company, and found out, they weren’t right at all. They put gap insurance in the contract too, without asking if I wanted it. I asked the lady to remove the gap insurance and explain the discrepancy in my payoff, and I never heard anything else from this company.

They said they approved me completely , then said they cold not refi my car
i called. Went through their process and they approved me on the car i got screwed on by Carmax, the worst car dealership in the world, they said my loan to value wa 175% but they have lenders that will save me money. They lied. I was told that I was approved and that their lenders would refi 175% loan to value but I was declined. Whatever you do, run away from Open Road. They leave you with an open wound.
