Lied about being available in my area
Was told that they would be able to help me and that they are available in all 50 states. Was denied because they were not available to refinance in my state.

Not very happy…
Not very happy. I will very openly admit, I was a bit distracted due to an unforeseen illness and waited a bit longer than I should have to start the refinancing process. Once I got everything in, my loan was handled quite fast which was great. In fact everyone I spoke with other than my loan officer was pleasant. However, MY loan officer Ellie Rodriguez was awful. I don't know if she is new or something but she gives off the vibe that she has no idea what she's doing. Initially she set me up with the wrong loan term. I requested a 60 month and she set me up for a 72 month (which would have screwed me out of hundreds of dollars in interest) I had to ask her 3 separate times for it to be changed. Eventually I called in and someone else fix it because she didn't. Then there was a system error that wouldn't send out the emails to my husband (co-signer) so I had to stay on the phone with another (very pleasant) agent for over an hour until he was able to receive the emails to sign documents because surprise, Ellie wasn't answering my emails. I was told I could email her directly if anything was incorrect or if I had any questions and I honestly don't think she answered a single valid question for me. After everything was complete I received an email from her stating everything was done. I had one final question because the company I was sublet to was not lining up with the information I was given. Instead of answering my question she forwarded me her last email... which didn't even begin to answer my question. I'll be 100% honest I had 2 friends who were looking to refinance their cars and I told them to steer clear of this company and it really has everything to do with Ellie. I wish I had a more efficient loan officer because I feel like this would have been such a better experience if I were paired up with literally anyone else.
