Solid rate, easy process
I work a bizarre, unpredictable schedule. Rate Genius staff was very patient with me as I was not the fastest to respond to messages. The paperwork was easy to fill out. They made everything as simple as possible. They have the ability to text back and forth which was amazingly helpful for me. I am happy with the rate I was able to get and the company my loan was assigned to has been pleasant thus far. Rate Genius helped me to set up everything electronically so the payments started auto drafting immediately. Rate Genius made the whole process easy. They were available to answer questions when needed and explained the different options in terms of companies, rates and other additional loan options such as gap insurance.
