Obtaining the loan was quick and easy. The rate was lower than expected. My only problem was that I never received confirmation that my loan had been approved after I submitted the paperwork.

The rate was a point less than my original, so not much as I expected. There was a $25 fee for the auto loan refinance. Initially communication was excellent and after the paperwork was completed, there was absolutely no communication. I left at least five voicemails and three emails to the person I worked with and never received a response. The loan was approved and I ended up calling the bank that accepted the refinance to find details.
