Beware of refinancing with this company. Yes, they will call you 3 times a day every day during the process however when you need assistance after the loan has funded, good luck getting anyone to help you. I have tried to request copies of my loan documents but can't get anyone to return my call. I then sold the vehicle and can't get anyone to assist me with cancelling GAP coverage that was purchased through the refinance. They act like you are their best customer during the process but you are on your own afterwards. I'm losing several hundred dollars because I can't get anyone to help me. When I called the company the GAP insurance is with I was told the only way to cancel it is by calling RefiJet. The phone number provided by the GAP company is someone's personal line at RefiJet who doesn't answer. I've sat on hold for nearly 2 hours and the call gets disconnected every time. CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY, THEY ARE ONLY CONCERNED WITH CLOSING VOLUME AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT SERVICE AFTER THE SALE!!!

Not approved after being told I was
Applied on lending tree and I got not one, but THREE offers to refinance my car. Gave them all my info and they ran second check on my credit, then decided my credit wasn't good enough. Why lie and tell me I have 3 options if I really don't even have one?
Very bad experience
Totally misleading when you apply on Lending Tree, they send you very attractive rates and monthly payments, then you are given much higher rates and monthly payments, total waste of time. And down side your credit score takes a hard hit.
