rates were very different in reality
Significant difference between rate shown on lending tree to the one I ended up getting.
Their software they use to uploads docs is pretty hopeless .
The folks I dealt with were very helpful though.
First time Ive refinanced a car so I guess if these guys are seen as the best the others in the market must be truly horrible

I GAVE IT 2 STARS FOR MY EXPERIENCE WITH MY LOAN GUY THRU MY REFY OF MY TRUCK. I WAS GIVEN MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS WITH MY APR AND THE FINANCE COMPANY. I WAS TOLD I WOULD BE GETTING CALL EITHER ON SATURDAY NO LATTER THAN MONDAY. MONDAY CAME AND LEFT AND NO CALL FROM MY LOAN GUY. I CALLED AND LEFT MESSAGE. THAN AGAIN TUESDAY AND NOTHING THAN WEDNESDAY AND STILL NO CALL UNTIL I LEFT ANOTHER MESSAGE TELLING MY LOAN GUY I WILL ASSUMED THAT MY LOAN WAS DENIED AND WILL LOOK ELSE WHERE AND THAN HE CALLS ME. I DIDN'T LIKE THE FACT THAT THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION WHICH IS WHAT I LIKE COMMUNICATION.. SO I'M NOT HAPPY WITH THE LOAN GUY. I WILL NOT USE REFI-JET FOR FUTURE LOANS..
Ok services but poor communication
At first I was happy with the service they provided. I worked with Kyle and Jody and both were good. However they have areas in which they need to improve. I have had a couple issues Ive been trying to get resolved and have called on multiple occasions and have been given different and incorrect information each time. The last couple of times Ive called they said their managers were going to have to help and so they were going to have them call me back very shortly, both times I never received a call back. Very poor communication and organization.
