Too long
The loan officer was great but the process from start to finish was entirely too long for a simple boat loan. It took 20 days and we almost lost our boat. To review and get documents back and forth was ridiculous. The rates were great and that is why we chose this company. I hope the loan servicing will be better. Maybe should have went to a local lender.

Mixed feelings
First the good. Two persons in particular really worked hard to meet our goals. Thank You. The bad; Lots of fees that weren't disclosed until the very end of the process. The Ugly; multiple phone calls leaving messages some of which were never returned. I feel we paid for a premium service and got something lesser than. If I had it to do over again, I'd choose another company.
