I had an excellent outcome with First Union. Dennis gave me advice that was spot on. Given my circumstances. It was not what I wanted or what I asked for, but Dennis' had a great strategy and a clear vision based on his experience as it related to my situation specifically. I took his advice and worked with the people he referred me to. I am glad I trusted Dennis. He contacted me initially on Linkedin and was able to convey that he understood my industry. I took a bridge loan in September 2019 that cleaned up my consumer credit, and injected cash inot our operating budget, we were able to cover the loan without any issues. In a few short months my consumer credit score went throught the roof and then our business' cash flow qualified us for an SBA loan 6 months later during tax filing season... perfect timing! The loan broker he referred us to was amazingly efficient and our loan fudned at the end of Marh 2020. Such a blessing! SO grateful!
