I have only positive things to say about my experience. After making the first call It seems that every thing starte to get better for me when I had questions some one Was always available. They gave me good information ways to deal with creditors. They took care of this. What a rel***.once negotiations started I always knew and was Included.

Excited to finish the program
I have been in the program for approximately 9 months now, I have gotten settlement agreements for 4 of my 10 enrolled debts to date. I have had no problems with accepting them and moving on with my life. I still will have one creditor try to contact me from time to time, I have been letting it go to voicemail and they won't try again for at least a month or more. I appreciate the time and effort put forth by FDR to keep me abreast of the situation with my accounts. I am really looking forward to the final settlement agreement so I can concentrate on my life going forward debt free.

SAVING MY FINANCIAL LIFE, LITERALLY!
Very friendly staff who really care about my financial problems. Very courteous, helpful in understanding all fazes of program. I am very pleased so far with the progress of solidifying and authorizing settlements. FDR is the best thing that has financially happened to me. Without them I don't know where I'd be besides in bankruptcy. Credit score has dropped but is quickly coming back up as a result of my progress with FDR. Just a year on the program and I already have a handful of authorized settlements. I am very pleased all round with the entire program and the process along the way. FDR is always just an email or phone call away and they are a very professional, responsible company to work with. To be honest, to have paid all of my debt on my own would have taken me probably 30 to 40 years for me to pay off. Looking now at approximately 3-4 years gives me a huge sigh of relief knowing that I now have a few $$$ in my bank account for myself, and someone helping me with my financial needs is such a breath of fresh air. I am no longer stressing out about my debt and letting it take over my life. Thank you you, Freedom Debt Relief and all who work with them to make life breathable and enjoyable again. It feels great to have such a team of people teaching me and helping me along the way about savings, credit, & what other things I can do once I have reached my debt free graduation.
