The process took way too long and seemed to just go no where, I had to follow up consistently and finally request that someone else finish the refinance.

Sal should not make promises he is not in a position to fulfill. After failing to keep his commitment he explained that 95% of the process was out of his control. Had he told us that in the beginning, we would have looked elsewhere and saved ourselves a lot of grief. Also, he used a title company that did not know what they were doing. Amerisave shouldn't use them again. He has to understand that he is the face of Amerisave as far as his clients are concerned.

Responsiveness was horrible!!! Accuracy to questions and concerns could have been improved. When passed off Processing Team Lead, Aaron Boyd, I no longer got responses from either the Aaron or Kysa and would often have to send multiple emails over a weeks time to get anything accomplished. Worst refinance experience imaginable. Took 5 months with 0 holdup on my side. All requests for information were returned within 48h or often less than 24h. Would not work with them again.

Little to no communication. The information on myrental income was incorrect causing my debt to income to be way off, thus causing problems during the loan process.( I caught the mistake at signing but to little to late). My property tax was also incorrect. Overall not a good experience. I must say, im not sure I can blame Deborah 100% on this one. It seems Amerisave undercuts other lenders, then over promises leaving the burden on their employees, who end up taking the heat.

It took several weeks to get an appraisal done,after being advised we would be contacted within 48 hours no one ever contacted us to advise of the delay.
The appraisal was quite low despite the fact that the home was purchased in 2009 during a down market and over $200,000 of improvements have been performed on the home.
I realize this is out of your control, but the low appraisal resulted in less cash back to us for the refinance.
No one EVER contacted us to inform us of the decrease.

Terrible follow up.**.and gave them a voided check and the sent the check anyway was not direct deposited... I had to get information that Amerisve should have gotten and loan process was 3 months.

Started loan process on July 8th and didn't close the loan until Oct 2nd. Way to long to close on a mortgage.
