John was very straightforward and helpful throughout the loan process. He helped me understand the available loan packages and the benefits of choosing one over the other. His down to earth personality and clear communication style made it easy to interact with him. Whenever there were issues he immediately elevated them to the appropriate people so they were quickly resolved.

I've had over a dozen mortgages. This time I included online lenders in my search - with these priorities: cost/expenses #1, ease of doing business / professionalism #2, and rates #3. When you do a little shopping, the rates all get really close. But not the first two! Tim and AmeriSave got on the top of my short list at the start, and beat everyone in the end pretty easily. Loved the website; closing was smooth and easy. I'll be back AmeriSave.
