Keep it moving

My only complaint was a lack of communication from the lender to identifiy specifically why a condition was outstanding. They use "canned" conditions and at times it was frustrating trying to get a response from them. I chose them because they offered a Lender-Paid Mortgage insurance option.

Would Recommend

Our Loan Officer and Loan Processor responded very quickly and answered all of our questions. Additionally, our loan was processed fast once all documentation was received. There rates are very competitive and the closing costs were reasonable. We would definitely recommend Amerisave to friends and family and will use them again in the furture.
