AnnieMac and the originator, Kenneth Jones, were very professional. They walk you through the process, step by step, without feeling any pressure. The only issues came at closing with the Title Company.

Annie Mac is ok.
In my application for a refi with Annie Mac, it seemed to me like there was a big disconnect with the Loan Officer, Alex Spollen, and the Loan Processors and Underwriting. Alex understood what I wanted. But the paperwork that kept coming back to me was incorrect as to my instructions. It was very frustrating.
Fortunately, Alex took responsiblity and got it straightened out before I gave up and went with another company.
