We have now worked with Derek twice. In October 2019 he provided us with our original VA mortgage, to purchase our home, and then, in July 2021, he helped us with our refinance, also a VA loan. <br />Both processes were seamless. Derek is very easy to work with and very responsive. With our initial mortgage we were also consulting with a local VA mortgage lender and Derek was able to complete the process quicker with better rates. Even the builder’s agent was very impressed (she said he was one of the easiest lenders to work with) and asked for his information for future buyers. We highly recommend working with Derek.
