Run, don't hide, and just run
Run, don't hide, and just run; especially if you are a Veteran. Box Home Loans will ask you for all your information with the premise to provide a loan estimate of their interest rates. Once they have this information, they will pull your credit without your approval and submit an application even though you do not want to work with them. When you finally find a great loan company for your loan, you will find out late in the closing process that you have two applications on file with the Veterans Administration. The title company will block and prevent your loan from closing because of this issue. Then you must jump through some hoops to have them remove their application, of which they will not provide any assistance. If you speak to a Corey or Careen, you will not be satisfied. Check other reviews and the BBB and avoid them at all cost. Veterans beware.

You get what you pay for
I can’t believe what has happen with my loan. I thought everything was in good working order. My loan has been delayed a couple of times now and I had to pay for an extension. Then I had a closing date and I wired the money from my bank to the title company and signed closing documents. Now, box told me I have to reverse the wire and re sign my closing documents again. So far my experience with Box has been a complete nightmare and I will never recommend Box to anyone.
