Went to lending tree trying to find a HELOC, all I got were offers that were not that. Boo lending tree.

The process was very cold, customer service was lacking; to put it lightly. I had applied for an HELOC to make home improvements. I had uploaded all the documents needed and still could not reach the right people to answer questions.
I had called several times to speak with my rep, and was told they would call me back.
No, I needed to speak with someone then!
I got an attitude from my rep who had said I only called once to find information, when I had called a half dozen times.
That is when I decided to move on, an close my application.
