Best Experience Ever

Fantastic experience. This is the second time we’ve used Clearpath. They answer all your questions, allay and address all your concerns. They don’t assume you know how to proceed, explaining how the process actually works and why. Very pleased with their communication, which is thorough and adequate. Great experience from start to finish.

We started to do a refi with another lender but got an e-mail from Clear Path reminding us about their loyalty program. Needless to say, they were able to cut the lending costs from what we were quoted with the other company and so we switched to Clear Path. They are easy to work with, always there to answer questions and it was a great experience. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

2nd Experience better than the 1st!

Everything went smooth right up to the end, day before funding was going to happen. Title company had something pop up that didn't before, but ClearPath was able to get on it and still funded on time! THANK YOU!
