He wouldn’t reply to my emails, calls or text right away. I felt like he didn’t want my business. Then he transferred me to his Girlfriend Jennifer, she was ok I guess one thing that really bothered me was they didn’t lock my interest rate. As a first time buyer I didn’t have a pleasant experience.
I didn't get clear feedback. I was left hanging. I was told they would call me several times and no one called me. I felt clue less and left out a lot of times.
When I began my homebuying process I was immediately pawned off onto someone other than the person I was referred to. I was not given all the information necessary for me to make an informed decision about my home loan. I was spoken to without respect or kindness. I was then penalized for financial decisions I made that I did not know would impact my home buying process because there was no communication or guidance from any of the three people I was being bounced between.
