Just completed a refinance with FCM, and the process was just as smooth and easy as it was for my original mortgage. The Senior Loan Officer with whom I worked was a real professional. He took care of everything and kept me up-to-date on the process and what I could expect next. It was literally as simple as providing some basic personal and financial information, and FCM takes it from there.
