I applied for a refinance on Feb 1st, and signed final documents on Feb 18th! It was the quickest and most streamlined process ever. Jessica was our loan officer and she was always on top of communications and processes. Everything was handled electronically, and for the closing she sent a notary to us. Stress-free, professional, and transparent
This company not only met but exceeded my expectations with a refinance. The agent that I worked with (J. Abell) was respectful, accessible, and most of all was true to his word (“we will close in 20 days”). Joe was able to process this refinance efficiently and gave me a true estimate of cost, years saved, and the best rate for me (2.375). The bank also did not charge me for the appraisal. Joe walked me through the process and is a stand-up guy. Although I am in NJ and the bank is in KY, e-mails, text and their app (which I didn’t really use), make communication easy. I am happy with this decision and I just closed on Saturday. Give these guys a shot, they’re good at what they do and will look out for you and your interests.
