Fantastic experience with Pete Maglio, Lender, for VA Loan cash-out
We were looking for a VA loan that would cash-out to pay off debt incurred for a large remodel project. First Federal Bank/CBC National Bank Mortgage was rated highly so I called to interview a lender and was directed to Pete Maglio. I interviewed 3 companies and Pete and their process beat out the others. Now that we've closed, I could not be more pleased with Pete and his performance throughout the process. Pete is knowledgeable, professional, seasoned with a long history of lending and knows not only the in's and out's but the inside track of the lending business. Pete was always on top of every step and, not only never dropped the ball, but was extremely proactive and kept the process moving seamlessly.
