Nice guy, bad experience

Brad is a nice guy and with the reviews, I chose to go with him. Initial talks were great and was quoted a rate I was happy with. While I was getting documentation together, rates were increased and wasn't made aware until after he got back from vacation. He blamed my timeliness in gathering documents for the rate increase but he was also out for a number of days on vacation with no notice or follow up. Wish I was notified sooner, but I understand we all need a break, so we locked in at the higher rate. During the processing, some issue came up with the appraisal, and though Brad did try to look into it, I had to do the leg work to contact zoning department and provide additional paperwork. I was told everything was good to go. 3 days before my lock expired, I was told that the loan could not be processed unless rates were increased again. I know rates are crazy right now but what is the whole point of getting locked in if it means nothing. Decided not to agree on a higher rate (substantially higher than my current rate and what we had originally been quoted) and that was it. No solutions on how to move forward other than paying more. I just feel like there was a degree of "bait and switch" and if I decide to refinance in the future, I will NOT be working with Brad's group again.

The worst experience ever

Jill Willy our broker did nothing for us but drag us through the mud and over charge us for everything. She was the most unpleasant person to deal with. Our realtor had to step in and try to finish her Job cause she is not capable

Awful

I was continuously sent a link that didn't work and the loan officer did nothing to look into it. The loan office r kept asking why I hadn't filled out information and i kept informing them the link did not work.
