Great rates
I got the lowest rates around with Pike Creek Mortgage a.k.a. First State Veteran Mortgage.. In fact, the lender credit covered 100% of my closing costs. The closing was 38 days from application. Communication was great until I applied. After that, messages and calls were not returned. Everything went smoothly and financials were exactly as promised. I would recommend them, but, don't expect great communication.
