Don't use them

This company strung me along for weeks assuring financing but unable to do so because of a technicality with my contract. It put me behind weeks even though another financial institution was able to finance me with out any problems. Don't use them, they have an overly stringent underwriting process that takes forever to get through.

Excellent Company, Superior Service

Geneva Financial did excellent by us. After experiencing a hard loan fall out with another lender, we closed with Geneva Financial on time with a great rate and a very smooth process. Senior Loan Officer Juan L Salas was our main contract from start to finish and our hats of to him. You were fantastic Juan. Thank you a million!!

Don't Hesitate

From the moment I called Juan I felt a sense of honesty. I was nervous about working with someone based on past experiences, but Juan was honest with me, informative, and patient. I came to Juan after having a loan fall through causing us to lose a house and earnest money. Juan was always a phone call away even after hours, he kept the ball rolling and the process was completed in the time frame promised. Thank you so very much Juan for all your help in securing our loan for our new home. Not only were you exceptionally professional but kind as well which made all of the difference in our interactions with you. We put our trust in you and you most definitely came through for us. Avoid Geneva MidTN Branch

The experience with the middle TN office loan officer was ridiculous. His engagement, communication, and overall customer service was non-existent. All of my communication was with Ms. Brandy, a processor whose demeanor was awesome, but her position frequently required her to go to Travis Smith for answers to my questions (that he wouldn’t answer when I sent them directly). Insult to injury, since the customer service sugggested this Loan Officer really didn’t care about my business, literally a week after I closed on my refinance I got a notification that my loan had been sold to another company. Geneva didn’t even get one mortgage payment from me because they sold the loan before the digital ink dried on my paperwork. To top it all off, I received a “Happy New Year-thank you for doing business with us” automated email two months after they sold my loan, but not a word during the refinance process. My feedback: if you’re in middle Tennessee area looking for loan company avoid this branch of Geneva.

Fantastic experience!

Carlos Unzueta was FANTASTIC in helping me prepare to buy my first house! When I first contacted him, I had never used a credit card or had debt of any kind, so I did not have a credit score of any kind and couldn't get a mortgage. Carlos was with me every step of the way, telling me exactly what I needed to do to build a credit score quickly in order to qualify for a mortgage. Six months later, I qualified for a mortgage and bought my house! Carlos was also great through the confusing process of first-time home buying. I know so much more now, and I also know that I couldn't have had a better consultant. Thank you, Carlos!!!

I highly recommend contacting Kiesha. As a first time home buyer I was overwhelmed with trying to find the right lender.
