I have been a client of Michael's for nearly 6 years now. H made my first home buying experience much easier by discussing all possible options, giving truthful recommendations and always being available to for his consultation. At this point, I hadn't used any other mortgage lenders other than Michael, and I wish I had stuck to that intuition. After he helped with my initial loan, I returned for his help with a refinance at a lower rate. Michael went above and beyond again, landing me the best deal and providing keen insight as I had come to expect. I tried a different lender for my second home purchase, and although I believe I received a competitive enough rate at the time, I did not receive the same level of support & honesty that Michael had always provided. I had to literally call them several times and even threaten to walk away from their financing due to them misleading me on their initially agreed upon rate.
