Completely dropped the ball
Under contract for over 120 days. Over $3,500 in costs just to end up losing our dream home anyway. At every turn this company completely dropped the ball. By the time we finally got some honesty out of them it was too late. Communication was awful, and that's an understatement. They even admitted to completely messing up the file. We were approved for three different loans with this company. Paperwork either wasn't filed correctly, or not filed at all, causing over $1100 in extension costs that were completely unnecessary. We did everything they asked and then some. We pretty much did their work for them, and at the very last moment they finally admitted they still couldn't close because of their own ineptitude.
We lost our dream home. Not because of anything we did, but because of the absolutely mismanagement of our file by this company.
People make mistakes, but this was not just as mistake. It was the worst experience with any company I have ever experienced, witnessed, or even heard of.
