The whole process was a sham
Got approved for a loan and was advised what to expect for closing costs. Came up with an extra 13k to put down and closing costs only came down 100 bucks. Hamilton is awful! Wanted 8400 for closing on a 104k loan. Yet other lenders came in at around 4-5k in closing costs for the same amount. Was shocked and lost my offer due to them wanting more money but not doing much to help me with the more and more I put down.

Worst Experience Ever
I've bought a couple of houses and refinanced several times and this was hands down the worst experience either.
The lender's 'sales' guy made false statements, was rude and inflexible. When my situation didn't fit their cookie cutter approach, their response was 'We can't close'. The title company also told me they found the lender rude as well.
I've paid for an appraisal that no other lender will use, and they've kept my rate lock fee. So I'm out over $1000 thanks to these guys.
This company does not service the loans, so their only motivation is to close, and close quickly. They are all about high volume. Their rates are a tick lower than
