Excellent service from both Chad and Chelsea
Chad and Chelsea were both very professional during this process. They both worked quickly to gather all of the information needed for the loan. They were always quick to respond to my phone calls and emails, and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for any type of home loan. They were fantastic to work with and delivered excellent service during the entire process.

Excellent service from both Chad and Chelsea
Chad and Chelsea were so professional during this process. They worked very quickly after we found the house we wanted to get all of the paperwork completed. When ever I called or emailed either of them, I got almost an immediate response. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a house.
While looking for a loan to purchase our home it was one turn down after another. My husband is retired and I was out of work due to an injury. When Seth Jackson from Insight Loans called to talk to me about a loan, I told him no thanks. I had already talked to 5 other loan officers who had promised they could help but in reality they couldn't. Seth begged me to give him a chance. He was extremely confident that he would be able to help. True to his word he was able to help. It took some extra work due to our circumstances but Seth was able to get us a mortgage for our beautiful home in Southwest Florida. That was November of last year. We just refinanced again with Insight Loans and Seth Jackson. You are kept informed as to what is being done. They hold your hand every inch of the way. We are extremely happy with Insight Loans and Seth Jackson

Curis is AWESOME!
Curtis is AMAZING! We felt like his only customer! He was there any time that we had questions and was reassuring. Even after closing! We wouldn't be in our new dream home, if it weren't for him. He went above and beyond even after we had chosen a different lender based in a recommendation from our realtor! I had contacted Curtis after the other lender seemed to be constantly "dropping the ball" and wouldn't contact us or return our calls and neither would our realtor. Curtis contacted us right away and was helpful and reassuring. He went above and beyond to make sure that we closed on time even though he only had 2 weeks to get it done. Absolutely and amazing person and representative for Insight Loans! Thanks, Curtis! You ROCK!
Insight Loans and their employees are AMAZING!! When looking for a lender that will stand behind you from the beginning to the end and beyond, look no further! My husband and I had applied for a pre-approval before we started to think about looking for a home. We applied through Lending Tree and Curtis contacted me within an hour wanting some more information. He was professional and kind on his voicemail that he had left, that's actually why I called him back and not the other automated messages left for us by other lenders. Curtis walked us through the process and was there to answer any questions day, night or weekend. Then, we found a home and our realtor decided that we needed to try "his guy" instead of Insight Loans and Curtis. We, unfortunately, did go try our realtors "guy". Worse mistake EVER! After a month and a half of delays and misinformation with the new "guy", we were fed up! I emailed Curtis and apologized for leaving without a word and told him if we had to do it over, we would have stuck with him. He called us that night and spent almost an hour on the phone with us figuring things out! Over the next few weeks we felt like his only customer. He got us closed within 2 weeks and with an awesome rate! Curtis and Insight Loans gets things done and gets them done right! They are real professionals and know what they are doing! Now we are in our dream home thanks to them!
