I had a difficult loan. I was attempting to convert a land contract to a mortgage on a property involving over 10 acres and I had a past modification to contend with; no one would help me. I was feeling so hopeless. Then I called Chad Hubert. Getting the loan was a grueling process. I was often frustrated and upset. I almost gave up several times.
