Angel was awesome, he basically held my hand through the whole process. I like to ask a lot of questions and stress about everything, but Angel answered every question, even when not in the office, and helped me not stress through it all. Extremely Ethical and Efficient
Nagina made the refinance experience extremely easy and allowed me to go at my pace. She explained everything to me about the loan before I started and answered every question I had during the process. She went above and beyond her duties and I am more than pleased and even grateful that she assisted me with other credit things (an unknown lien and IRS payment plan) that did not necessarily have anything to do with the mortgage but benefited me nonetheless. She was completely open and honest from the beginning until the end and made me feel as if I was in control of the entire process.
