Friendly and professional

This was my first time looking into refinancing my home loan. I called in and worked with Zachary Choate. He was friendly and incredibly helpful despite me being new to this process. It's rare that we get solid customer service these days. I'm happy to work with InterContinental Capital Group in the future solely based on their professionalism and personality.
