Excellent Experience

loanDepot was a great place to start for us! The lender we were connected with, Dan, was patient and kind and a great communicator. He was clear about what was needed to complete the process and was very flexible. He always was prompt in answering my many questions, and always did so with what felt like a smile (everything was virtual). He took the time to explain our options to us, various loan types and the benefits of each type. I couldn't have asked for a better first time home buying experience.

They changed numbers on me three times

After taking four business days to send me a loan estimate after me asking, they altered numbers in the loan estimate from our previous agreement.

David Mock was the most helpful person I have ever had any kind of business dealings with. He was so nice from the beginning to the end of our loan.

Unbelievable Experience

Joe, is in a class of his own. I have done several deals now with Joe Prizner and I refer him to everyone in the market to purchase a home. Joe is such a great communicator and is responsive, patient and proactive. I've had such a positive with Joe! He is definitely going places in his career! Worst experience

The lending officer completely stopped communicating at one point. They failed to secure an appraisal even after warning them a month in advance. Senior account manager was unprofessional and lacked knowledge at times. We won’t be using LoanDepot again.
