This loan officer was just amazing. He was very responsive, answered all my questions, made sure I completely understood then loan offer and even made sure that the estimate was updated based on matching other rates. Horrible experience
I was given a rate quote based on an appraisal that not realistic. Once I paid and it came in low I had to pay points to get the rate. Bait and switch, The staff was not knowledgeable and it took more that 4 months to close the loan. They will try to do what is easiest for them which will cause problems with the underwriters. I could go on and on about the various disappointments but I have limited characters. Buyer Beware!!!

Terrible experience
The entire process was a disaster. I would not recommend every using Loan Depot. I had to have my house appraised 3 times because Loan Depot kept taking too long to get the loan moving. Then they shorted me on the money I was supposed to be getting back. Not to mention I couldn't get anyone to call me back when I had questions.
