Chris Tannler (loan officer) and Branden Johnson (Sr. Account Manager) combined are true superstars and the "A" team! This was the smoothest, fastest and easiest closing I've ever had with a cash-out refinance in our trust name. They are both extremely friendly, quick to respond, and focused on meeting the customer's needs while getting the job done. Chris is very knowledgeable and knows his products better than anyone else. They had the best rates of all when I checked, and the loan closed as promised. The entire process took less than 4 weeks! Everything was clear, to-the-point, and painless. Highly recommend this team to the point that I will be making all my future referrals to this amazing team!

A friend in the loan business

First off, I gave David five stars but that's because 15 stars was not an option! It was a good day that David was assigned to my loan. Being self-employed and located in Texas creates special challenges when refinancing a house. Truth is that first attempt I was turned down, before I was even notified David called me and said, "don't worry about it, I have another plan." and then he went to work! He made the deal work out beautifully! I know several bank presidents locally and David was more pleasant to work with than any of them! He was extremely competent and professional while being appropriately personal. I truly felt like I had a friend in the loan business.

It was an AMAZING experience, these folks really worked hard to get my house refinanced, I was declined the first attempt and I was called by the team member working my account before I was officially notified and told that he had another idea and worked his butt off to make it hap*****.and did!! Felt like I had a friend in the loan business.
