Honest

I did a refinance. At first i was skeptical about the cash i was getting back. But after everything went through and all the checks cleared. Everything they told me was spot on. I would use them again. Process was a little longer than they told me. 15 days turned into 5-6 weeks. So they did drag their feet on that part. But they did it honestly and was on top of things for the most part.

LoanDepot made the process so easy! They were very responsive. And actually sent someone to my house on a Sunday to do the closing! They are definitely focused on customer satisfaction.
